How to return your jewelry if you have regretted your purchase.

Dear customer

If you have purchased a piece of jewelry on sfbcph.com that you regret, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt either by letter or email customerservice@sfb-aps.dk. Remember to state the order number to which the return relates. Once you have notified us that you regret your purchase, you must do the following without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest:

1. Fill in the return slip and put it in the parcel REMEMBER to write the order number on it.
2. Make sure that the jewelry is packed securely and in the original box provided in the same way as when you received it.

(You must pay the return shipping costs yourself) You choose your own carrier and shipping method, but we do not accept packages sent to a parcel shop, cash on delivery or similar. The parcel or letter must be returned to our address during normal office opening hours. Remember that you are responsible for the jewelry until we have received it. It may therefore be a good idea to send in a way where you receive a receipt for the shipment. Please refer to the terms and conditions for detailed information.

Jewellery not purchased on sfbcph.com must be returned to the physical or online store where it was purchased.
